Born and raised in Maine, Ansley Moore brings a deep understanding of the local market and a strong sense of community to Salt & Pine Property Management Co. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Ansley is a seasoned broker known for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to helping clients navigate every aspect of property ownership and management.

She holds an associate’s degree in Business Management and Marketing, which complements her practical experience and strengthens her strategic approach to real estate and property management.

As a co-owner of Salt & Pine, she combines her extensive industry knowledge with a hands-on approach to ensure every property is well-cared for and every client feels supported. Outside of work, Ansley is a proud mom to two sons and enjoys the balance of raising her family in the state she loves most.

April McAlpine is a proud Mainer, entrepreneur, and co-owner of Salt & Pine Property Management Co. With a background in business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing, April brings a strategic and creative edge to the world of property management.

In addition to Salt & Pine, April owns Design Haven, a kitchen and bath design showroom known for its thoughtful layouts and timeless style. Her experience spans investment properties, home flipping, and high-end renovations—giving her a unique eye for both function and aesthetics when managing and maintaining properties.

April is passionate about creating beautiful, well-run spaces and delivering reliable, detail-oriented service to property owners and tenants alike. Outside of work, she enjoys life in Maine with her daughter, finding joy in both business and motherhood.
